Inside Out Lessons

The first step to managing our emotions is understanding them! The Disney Pixar Movie, Inside Out, does an excellent job of introducing emotions to children! If you have access to the movie at home, or want to rent the movie from Youtube, I encourage you suppliment the movie with the following worksheets and have your children work on them to help gain a better understanding of these emotions and how each emotion can relate to their own lives!
