Before creating your digital graphic, you need to investigate the purpose and properties of digital graphics.
KEY POINT
Make sure you summarise any investigation and research in your own words.
Present your evidence in an appropriate way.
For purpose and audience the exam board have said that they would like you to be "forward looking" in what you produce.
That is, don't just spend time annotating examples of different types of digital graphic to show how they have been made appropriate for their purpose and for the audience.
Instead they'd like you to focus on what you would do if you were to make products for a specific audience.
Pick digital graphics that are relevant to the brief e.g. photography related digital graphics - magazine covers, advertisements, travel adverts
You need to:
investigate how different purposes and audiences would influence the design and layout of digital graphics.
Specification Content
