Wyatt Watts “darkness”
9 x 12, graphite on paper, 2017
The style of this drawing is abstract. I randomly got this idea for the drawing. I wanted to draw a character being consumed by darkness. If I were to start over, I would have made the lines better and learned how to shade before shading. I like the background the most, and how it’s consuming her.
Wyatt Watts “Keep the light shining”
18 x 24, chock on paper, 2017
The style of this drawing is realism. This art has an “LP” to symbolize Linkin park and I added color for hope. If I would have started over I would use a different tool for the color. I like that I am representing one of my favorite bands and hope this artwork helps them through the tough times ahead.
Wyatt Watts “Phone”
9 x 12, printmaking, 2017
The style of my drawing is realism. I drew a phone displaying the time and the notifications. If I was to change anything about this, I would change the drawing to something more creative. I like that It’s my phone I was referencing and representing.
