Routine inspections and evaluations will help identify the current condition of your floors and exterior surfaces and identify any problem areas in need of repairs or maintenance to keep your surfaces safe and lasting longer. Post inspection, you will receive a written report with photos outlining the condition of all areas, budget numbers, and timing so you can properly plan for any needed projects. Safety inspections can also be performed to define current safety conditions and potential hazards such as a trip or slip concerns.
