Must be 14 years of age or older at the time of application. Must be a legal U.S. resident. Must be a resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. This award is for U.S. students. 

The Alpine Recovery Lodge Bi-Annual $1,000 Scholarship Essay Contest

Include your full name, physical address, email address, phone number, and proof that you are currently enrolled in high school or college (recent transcript, etc.) along with your essay.

High school seniors, undergrads, and graduate students are welcome to apply. The applicant must be a Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, or  Nevada resident. To apply, please submit an essay detailing how addiction has directly affected you. A winner will be chosen based on the strength of the essay and financial need.
