Weekly Lunch Orders – Every Wednesday

We’re pleased to offer a weekly lunch order service at Heritage Christian School in partnership with SG Bakehouse. This service provides families with a simple and reliable way to order fresh, home-style meals for students.

How It Works

Order Day: Lunches are delivered each Wednesday.
Order Cut-Off: All orders must be placed by 8:30pm each Monday.
How to Order: Orders are made through the Flexischools App (available on iOS and Android).

Getting Started

Download the Flexischools App.
Create an account and add your child/ren.
Select Heritage Christian School and assign the correct class to each child.
View the menu and place your order by the weekly cut-off.

Please note: Orders cannot be placed or changed after the cut-off. Missed lunches cannot be refunded if a student is absent.

Sandwiches – Chicken & lettuce, ham & cheese, egg & lettuce, or vegetarian salad & cheese
Rice Paper Rolls – Veggie, chicken, or pork (with sweet chilli, soy, or no sauce)
Salad Bowls – Fresh seasonal salad (add chicken or ham optional)
Fruit Salad Bowls

Hot Lunch Options

Toasted Sandwiches – Ham & cheese, chicken & cheese, or cheese & tomato
Pasta – Spaghetti bolognese or macaroni & cheese
Homemade Pizzas – Ham & cheese, BBQ chicken, or veggie supreme
Weekly Special – Options like lasagne, chicken burger, or classic cheeseburger

Getting started on Flexischools

Download the Flexischools app and click "Sign Up."
Enter your email to create an account.
Go to your inbox and click the link to verify your email.
Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
In the navigation bar, add your student (s) under
"Profile" , "Students" > "Add new."
Select Heritage Christian School and assign the correct class to each child.
View the menu and place your order by 8:30pm each Monday.

How to order food on Flexischools

Tap "Order food."
Select the child, date and service.
Select the food items you'd like to purchase, then select "View Order."

Select payment method.
Hit "Checkout & Pay" to confirm your order.
