First Day Information

On your first day arrive at the front office at 8:30am, where you will be welcomed and introduced to your class teacher or stage advisor. 

What do I need to bring to school?

Junior School:

• Fruit or Vegetable for ‘crunch and sip’

• Recess and lunch

• A refillable bottle of water

• All necessary stationery items

• Hat

• Heritage-branded school bag

Senior School:

• A packed recess and lunch 

• A refillable bottle of water. 

• All necessary stationery items

• Pencil case

• Student diaries will be provided for students on their first day.

• A reminder that the office sells our school calculators for $30.00. 

• Heritage-branded school bag

• Signed Student Laptop Agreement

Laptops

• All Year 7–11 students will be issued a school laptop.

• Year 12 students will continue with the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program.

• New students (Years 7–11) must sign and return a Student Laptop Agreement before receiving their device. Click here to download the Student Laptop Agreement

Timetables

• Students will receive their timetable on the morning of their first day.

Lockers

• All Senior School students are assigned a secure school locker at no cost.

• Lockers must be used to store bags, valuables, and technology.

• Students who took their lock home over the break must bring it back and use it.

• Lockers must be locked at all times when not in use.

Mobile Phones

• Mobile phones are not permitted at school, in line with the NSW Government ban.

• Students are strongly advised not to bring a phone to school.

• If a phone is brought, it must be stored in the student’s locker for the entire school day.

• The school is not responsible for lost phones. Phones will be confiscated if seen in use.

Onsite collection point:  

Junior School students must be collected from the fenced grassed area near the Woolshed by parents or carers. Due to safety reasons we cannot allow students to meet parents and carers in the carpark. 

Kiss and Drop car pick up:  

Junior School students will wait in the fenced grassed area in front of the Woolshed, staff will call students to the Kiss and Drop as their car arrives. For continuing families please use your yellow family identification sign. These go under the visor or on your dashboard visible through the windscreen. For new families, these will be provided to you in the first week of term. 

Bus pick up:  

Junior School students who catch the bus will line up in the fenced grassed area at the front of the Junior School. Staff will call bus numbers on arrival and supervise boarding. A bus pass is required for students traveling by bus. To obtain a bus pass please apply online via Transport NSW School Student Travel
