Celina's District Leadership Team (DLT) designs and monitors (process shown below) the district goals and supports the Building Leadership Teams (BLTs) and Teacher Based Teams (TBTs) in this effort, specifically to support growth in student achievement with a focus on needs of at-risk students. The DLT will determine professional development needs and determine strategies to support this growth.  Our Terms of Reference (ToR), Meeting Calendar, and Recaps can be found below.
