Thank you so much for your interest in signing up as a mentor! The links below will help you in the process.
To signup as a mentor, please register as a member of CEGAANA here: https://cegaana.org/. Then click on the signup link in this page and provide your information. Once you signup as a mentor, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the Mentees' information (also provided below). Please request access to the link and once approved, you will be able to view the Mentees' information. Mentees will get in touch with you to schedule mentoring sessions.
This is the spreadsheet with the mentees' information. If you are signed up as a mentor, you would have received this link already. If not, please first signup as a mentor using the signup link above before requesting access to the Mentees' information. Once you have matched with a mentee, please use the Mentees' information spreadsheet to enter your name in the "Matched Mentor's Name" column so other mentors know that the student is being helped. If at any point in time your availability changes, please mark yourselves as unavailable either directly in the Mentees' information spreadsheet or by editing your response to the signup form above. Please note that there are multiple sheets in the file and you may have to look at all of them to find what you want.
After completing a session with a student, please remember to record your feedback using this session feedback link. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps track the performance of the program. Your feedback is shared with the organizers and is not visible to the mentees directly. Please provide your feedback freely.
