Wind Symphony & Orchestra Winds

For all wind and percussion players: for Wind Symphony or Orchestra auditions, please choose and prepare any 3 of the 4 excepts for your instrument. Audio Examples of the excerpt in context of the work are included, marked to begin at the start of the excerpt.

Please note - the excerpts below are intended to be playable. There are only a few that include extended range or technique. Prepare them and play musically with good tone, and you will be in good shape.

Percussion - I have included either snare or mallet audition excerpt, choose which you are more comfortable with. If you are more interested in auxiliary percussion (and we have need for that as well), please contact me directly at jenkinsc@cedarville.edu. We can work up something separate.
