During that time, students are expected to remain seated and follow the regular school rules for riding buses. The buses are chaperoned with school staff.
Insurance:
Since insurance is offered by the school system, it should be noted that the medical cost of injury, sickness, etc. would be the responsibility of the parents or guardian if the child does not have coverage associated with the school system.
