Course Registration & Payment
Summer Academy Enrichment (SEA) Registration: MAY, 9 AT 7:00 PM!
To successfully register for Summer Academy Enrichment classes, please first complete the enrollment steps (if not previously enrolled) and review the course catalog.
Registration opens in late spring.
Once registration opens, follow these steps:
Log into your Skyward Family Access account
Select “Arena Scheduling” in the left sidebar ("Arena Scheduling" will be available in Skyward once registration opens so it will help to refresh Skyward at 7:00 pm)
Note the "COURSE ID" listed in the Course Catalog in order to easily cross-reference and confirm the correct course has been selected in Skyward
Choose the preferred courses (based on current 2023-24 grade)
Parents/guardians can filter ALL Summer Academy courses by period to see only those classes held at a specific time. Here is a guide for those interested in using this feature:
5. Select "View/Print Schedule" to double-check courses
6. Select "Submit"
IMPORTANT: Once submitted, it is not possible to change classes in Skyward. Contact kschneiss@cedarburg.k12.wi.us for assistance.
IMPORTANT: Once submitted, it may say "waiting" -- have no fear, your classes are locked in and will be officially approved in the coming days.
Reminders:
Students are registered for courses based on their current grade level. For example, students currently in 2nd grade are eligible for all summer courses that include 2nd grade students.
Students can not sign up for the same class more than once, whether that is repeating it within one session or registering for it in both sessions. After registration closes, feel free to contact Kelly Schneiss at kschneiss@cedarburg.k12.wi.us to see if there are any options for repeating a class (based on enrollment numbers).
Fees & Payment
To pay course fees, follow these steps:
Log into your Skyward Family Access account
Select "Fee Management"
Move all Summer Academy course fees to shopping cart
Finalize payment
Summertime Extension Program (STEP) Registration
Teachers will contact parents of students recommended for STEP in April. If your child is recommended for a STEP Literacy (Reading/Writing) or Math class by their teacher and you've contacted Kelly Schneiss (Summer Academy Registrar), then no additional registration for the STEP class is necessary. If you have questions, please contact Kelly at kschneiss@cedarburg.k12.wi.us or 262-376-6505.
