If your child is returning to Summer Academy AND/OR a current CSD student, you do NOT need to enroll online. 

If you are enrolling a child who does NOT currently attend a CSD school BUT you have other children currently attending a CSD school: 

1. Log into Skyward Family Access.

2. Click “New CSD Student: Enrollment” in the left sidebar to begin the enrollment process.

3. Once completed, you will receive a phone call within a week to continue with enrollment set-up. During that time, you'll need to send the following information to Kelly Schneiss, Summer Academy Registrar, at kschneiss@cedarburg.k12.wi.us:

   1. Photo ID of parent/guardian

   2. Original birth certificate of student

4. Once approved, you're set to be able to register your child for Summer Academy classes.

If you are enrolling a child who has been enrolled or participated in Summer Academy previously: 

1. Send the following information to Kelly Schneiss at kschneiss@cedarburg.k12.wi.us:

   • Photo ID of parent/guardian

   • Original birth certificate of student

   • Two proofs of residency (see requirements listed below)

2. You will receive a separate log-in for Skyward to register for classes.

If you are enrolling a child who has NOT been enrolled or participated in Summer Academy previously:                                                

1. Request a New Student Enrollment account by completing this online form.

   • You will receive an important e-mail with instructions on how to log into Skyward to begin the enrollment process for the new child/student. It will provide you with an access link, username and password.

2. Once logged in, click “New CSD Student: Enrollment” in the left sidebar to begin the Summer Academy enrollment process. 

3. Once completed, you will receive a phone call within a week to continue with enrollment set-up. During that time, you'll need to send the following information to Kelly Schneiss, Summer Academy Registrar, at kschneiss@cedarburg.k12.wi.us:

   • Photo ID of parent/guardian

   • Original birth certificate of student

   • Two proofs of residency (see requirements listed below)

4. You will receive a separate log-in for Skyward to register for classes.

For proof of residency, one item from EACH section (A and B) is required. Documents must be from within the past 30 days. 

Section A

• Mortgage statement

• Signed lease

• House closing signed settlement statement

Section B

• Water or utility bill

• Auto insurance statement

• Health insurance statement

• W-2, SSI Medicaid, BadgerCare or other County/State/Federal benefit statement

• Driver’s license renewal notice

• License plate renewal notice

• Hospital/doctor medical bill
