Registration

All Registrations must be paid or secured by Purchase Order by October 15.

Any unpaid or unsecured Registrations must be Paid in Full at the Conference Registration Desk upon arrival at the Conference.

Note: An extra $25 will be owed at the Conference by Registrants who do not reserve and use a hotel room in the CECA CASL Block but paid the discounted Full Conference Package fee for Sunday & Monday.

**CECA CASL Hotel Discount Process

1. Complete your Conference Registration online and request the CASL CECA Hotel Discount.
2. Complete your Hotel Reservation in the CECA CASL Hotel Block.
3. Your credit card will be used to reserve the full cost of the Hotel room.
4. On October 21, 2018 your room will be credited with the appropriate discount.
5. You will be charged the balance.
6. Restrictions apply. Read the CECA CASL Hotel Discount Rules below.

**CECA CASL Hotel Discount Rules

Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of the discount and you will be responsible for the full payment of the hotel room cost.

In order to receive the CECA CASL Hotel Discount:

1. You MUST request the CECA CASL Hotel Discount when registering online for the Conference.
2. You MUST use this link to make your Hotel Reservation in the CECA CASL Hotel Block.
3. You MUST use the same name for the Conference Registration and for the Hotel Reservation. Reservations made under a different name than the Conference Registration will NOT be linked and can not receive the Discount.
4. You MUST be one of the FIRST 125 conference registrants to reserve a room in the CECA CASL Block. Reserve EARLY. Once the first 125 rooms are reserved, the Discount will no longer be available.
5. Your registration fees MUST be PAID IN FULL no later than September 28, 2018. CECA and CASL are NOT responsible for your school district's late payments. It is YOUR responsibility to be sure that your school financial department makes payment on time.
6. Your PURCHASE ORDER must be PAID IN FULL by CHECK no later than September 28, 2018. It is YOUR responsibility to be sure that your school financial department makes payment on time. (NOTE: Purchase Orders are not final payments. A CHECK must be sent by October 1 in order to qualify for this discount. Many districts take 6 - 8 weeks to complete final payments from the time of the request. CECA and CASL are NOT responsible for your school district's late payments.)
7. Only one (1) discount will be applied per room.
8. Discounts DO NOT APPLY to rooms outside the CECA CASL Hotel Block.

CECA CASL Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be postmarked before October 9, or faxed to 866-923-2287, or emailed to the Registrar before October 12.

The Conference Fee paid minus a $25 processing fee will be returned to the person or institution making payment. CECA Membership Dues ($25), CASL Membership Dues ($40), or Both Membership Dues ($65) may be deducted from the Refund in lieu of the processing fee.

In the event of cancellation of the Conference Registration Fees will be refunded minus CECA Membership Dues of $25 and CASL Membership Dues of $40 unless you notify the Registrar otherwise within 15 days of the cancellation.
