Payment
All Registrations must be paid or secured by Purchase Order prior to attending the Pre-Conference or Conference.
Any unpaid or unsecured Registrations must be Paid in Full at the Registration Desk upon arrival at the Pre-Conference or Conference.
Purchase Orders (PO)
It is the responsibility of each registrant using a purchase order(PO) to send a signed copy to the Registrar either by email to Registrar@CECACT.org or by Fax to 866.923.2287.
Purchase Orders must be made out to CECA, PO Box 31, Bethlehem CT, 06751.
Payment for Purchase Orders
All final payments by check for registrations secured by a Purchase Order must be received no later than November 15. Payments made after November 15 are subject to a $10 late fee for each registration.
CASL CECA Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be postmarked before October 9, or faxed to 866-923-2287, or emailed to the Registrar before October 12.
The Conference Fee paid minus a $25 processing fee will be returned to the person or institution making payment. CECA Membership Dues ($25), CASL Membership Dues ($40), or Both Membership Dues ($65) may be deducted from the Refund in lieu of the processing fee.
In the event of cancellation of the Conference, Registration Fees will be refunded minus CECA Membership Dues of $25 and CASL Membership Dues of $40 unless you notify the Registrar otherwise within 15 days of the cancellation.
