When you are finished with your ZOOM presentation, stop the recording in ZOOM and exit ZOOM. The recorded file won't be converted until you exit ZOOM

If you're not sure where your recording went, the path it's default going to save to can be found by opening the ZOOM utility and going to the Recording section and clicking on the Open button to the right of Location.
The end file will be an mp4 file.
Before you submit your file, please open it up locally in a media player to verify there is audio, the correct screen (SlideShow) is shared and that you can skip through the file until the very end.
Moving large files around the Internet doesn't have to be a pain. Here are some solutions on how to send large files.
You may have been sent a specific link where to upload files to (such as Dropbox File Request Link)
You may have received a file upload deadline date in an email that is important to adhere to. The deadline is in place as to prevent last minute scrambles or issues that may reflect poorly on your presentation.
Below are some very real reasons why submitting your file before a communicated deadline date are fabulous to adhere to:
Prevent: speaker uploads an incorrectly recorded video file (file is under a minute long, it's just PowerPoint file but without voice over/webcam or timings, the file is corrupted e.g.)
Prevent: speaker uploads a file that has poor audio quality
Prevent: speaker has unusual upload issues
Prevent: speaker uploads a file that has incorrect video (Sharing PowerPoint Presenter view vs SlideShow view in the recording e.g.)
Allow for association to review uploaded speaker recording footage for ANY issues:
Recording not meeting program duration requirements
Recording not meeting program content needs
Recording not meeting any other production or content needs
Allow for all submitted files to be encoded for streaming and verify there are no encoding issues/errors.
Allow for a 1 week prior-to-start final quality control
