The conference is here to motivate Rio Grande Valley (RGV) students in pursuing high demand/high wage jobs and to continue the conversation of exploring the multitude of career pathways. Our goal is to equip RGV students with knowledge to help guide them in the right pathway, whether that is a 4-year college, a technical school, a trade school or transitioning to the world of work.
