Important Information About the Venue
PARKING
The Mission Special Event Center offers parking spaces free of charge. Parking is not permitted in fire lanes, loading dock or grassy areas.
ALCOHOL POLICY
No outside wine, beer or liquor are permitted to be brought onto the premises of the Mission Event Center.
SMOKING
The Mission Special Event Center is a smoke free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas inside the building. This is a City ordinance, and is punishable by fine. Smoking is permitted on outside provided areas no less than 25 feet from each entrance. Ordinance #4368.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Mission Event Center is not responsible for lost items. The Center will hold any items found for a period of two weeks. After that period, the articles will be considered abandoned property and may be disposed of accordingly. The City of Mission will not be liable for any damages or loss to such goods, wares, merchandise or other property, which may be sustained.
Our restrooms are public restrooms and may not be used as dressing rooms.
Guests, participants, licensees and invitees will conduct themselves in a civil, proper, and well-mannered fashion. Loud noise, disruptive conduct, or unruly, abusive or disorderly behavior is prohibited.
Mission Event Center staff may enter any of the rented premises at any time on any occasion.
Mission Event Center reserves the right to take photographs of rental events for its own records and future use for promotion and marketing purposes.
No City personnel are allowed to move, load, unload or setup equipment that is not the property of the City of Mission.
Building maintenance personnel are not authorized to make changes in the setup unless instructed to do so by a Special Event Center staff member.
Enforcement of these Rules and Regulations will be by Mission Event Center, City of Mission, and/or Mission Police Department personnel.
