The end of Ghettos

By the end of WWII (World War Two) there were no longer any ghettos left. All ghettos were liquidated (ended) by the end of WWII. Many families living in the ghettos were separated from each other at the end of the ghettos because many people were forced to go to labor or concentration camps. Many of the children living in the ghettos were deported because they would be less useful to the nazis.
