The Aktion 14f13 program was created after the T-4 program was shut down. The 14f13 program was focused on the mass murder of concentration camp prisoners. The leaders of the program decided to use the six camps built during the T-4 program as the method of murder. As the program progressed the body count was growing steadily higher and they couldn't bury them fast enough. The leaders of the program came to the decision that burning the bodies would be the most efficient. Later in the war there were so many people sent in to be killed that the gas chambers and ovens were not fast enough. A new strategy was needed, The Final Solution is what was decided upon.
