Ordering a Device (iPad/MacBook)

CDNIS Device Ordering Procedures

• Parents may purchase a device from any store (e.g., Apple Store) or through the school's 1:1 programme partner, Senco-Masslink with an educational discount.  

• To ensure on-time processing and delivery, new students ordering through Senco-Masslink should complete purchases by June 3, 2025.  

• Orders placed after June 3 may still be accepted but timely delivery is not guaranteed.  

Ordering with Senco-Masslink

• Purchase via the Senco online portal: (http://www.eduoffer.com/eshop/school/cdnis)  

• Login credentials for students:

• New Grades 1-12 students, Prep & Grade 3 (2024-2025):

• Login ID: Student ID # (e.g. 123456)  

• Password:cdnis2025

• Returning parents: Check Student ID in the Parent Portal.  

• New parents: Find Student ID in the admission welcome letter.  

• Security Reminder: Change the default password after logging in.  

• Access the Senco portal under "School 1 to 1 Program".

• Download the CDNIS iPad Purchase Instructions or the CDNIS MacBook Purchase Instructions (prepared by Senco-Masslink) for step-by-step guidance.  

Purchase Restrictions & Personal Orders

• Each enrolled student is limited to one iPad or MacBook for school-related use.  

• Families interested in personal purchases (e.g., workstations ) can access the Senco portal under "Other Purchase Program".  

• CDNIS is not responsible for purchases made via Senco-Masslink. Contact them directly for availability & delivery details.  

Deadline for Ordering

• Orders through Senco-Masslink should be placed before June 3, 2025 (returning students) and July 10, 2025 (new students) to ensure processing & delivery before the new school year.  

• Orders placed after July 10 may experience delays.  

Device Pickup & Distribution

• Senco-Masslink will notify parents once devices are ready for collection.  

• Tentative device distribution dates at school:  

•  Upper School (Grade 6-12): Tuesday, August 12, 2025 (New Student Orientation)

• Lower School (Grade 1-5): Wednesday, August 13, 2025 (New Student Orientation and Lower School Open House)
