Please follow the steps below to unregister student MacBooks from CDNIS
Launch Self Service
Go to Launchpad or Spotlight and search for "Self Service" app. If you do not have this app, your Mac is not registered to CDNIS. Please visit OneDoor directly for confirmation.
2. Find "Unregister MacBook from CDNIS"
Self Service app be removed after successfully unregistration.
This process will remove school-licensed software and unregister your MacBook from CDNIS systems.
1. Remove the School license for Microsoft Office.
2. Remove PaperCut printer app
3. Remove Palo Alto Cortex app
4. Remove Self-Service
3. Confirm that Jamf profile is removed
*View an installed configuration profile
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General > Device Management
Confirm that Jamf profile is removed.
Go to OneDoor for finished exit process.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click Device Management. (You may need to scroll down.)
2. Confirm that Jamf profile is removed after exit process.
