Swim Team

Timberwolves Swim Team (Gold and Silver Squad)

The Swim Team is for those students who have completed level 8 and wish to progress to competitive swimming. 

The Gold Squad is the highest level of swimming at CDNIS. Students that are selected for the swim team must demonstrate an excellent commitment to training and compete in various competitions including ISSFHK and SEASAC.  Students qualify for the Swim Team Gold Squad by making at least two HKASA Division 2 times. This Swim Team receive the Timberwolves sports discount rate of $1500 per term.

The Silver Squad is the seconds highest level of swimming at CDNIS and also represent the school in various competitions. The silver squad also train with the gold squad.

Training Schedule 

Upper School Swim Team  (Grade 6+)

• Monday - 7.00 am - 8.30 am and 4.00 pm - 4.40 pm (Dry-land practice - not scheduled every week)

• Tuesday - 7.00 am - 8.30 am and 4.00 pm - 5.00 pm

• Thursday - 7.00 am - 8.30 am and 4.00 pm - 5.00 pm

• Friday - 6.30 am  or 7.00 am - 8.30 am

• Saturday - 9.00 am - 10.15 am

Lower School Swim Team - click here (Grade 3,4,5)

• Monday - 2.30 pm - 3.55 pm (finish at 3.30 pm if departing by 3.45 pm bus)

• Wednesday - 2.30 pm - 3.30 pm  

• Saturday - 9.00 am - 10.15 am

LS Student Departure 

• 3.45 pm student bus (finish session at 3.30 pm to make bus departure time)

• 4.10 pm student bus

• Pick up by foot or private vehicle from LLAC from 4.20 pm (private vehicles should not arrive or park before 4.20 pm)
