Meet the Team

My name is Kathryn Robertson, and I am thrilled to be your parent representative this year! My husband, Steve, and I have two children. Benjamin started at the ECC when he was three months old and is now in kindergarten at the big campus. Vivienne is currently in Threes but will be moving up to IM3 next month. In addition to volunteering, I enjoy spending my free time playing with my family, reading, and pretending I’m much more proficient at knitting than I actually am.
During daycare operating hours I work as an executive at a telecommunications company, specializing in government affairs and community/public relations. My prior experience includes event planning, volunteer recruitment and fundraising for political campaigns, which lends itself well to the activities of the PTT.
I am honored to serve as the PTT parent representative. Our daycare, our teachers and our administration are precious to my family and have been since the moment we stepped in the building for the first time. I thank God everyday that we get to live the fairytale daycare experience! Working with all of you to support the goals and efforts of this incredible institution is going to be a blast and I can’t wait to get started!
My name is Anna Beiting, and I am very excited to be the secretary of the Parent Teacher Team here at the ECC! I have one child, Alexander, who started at the ECC in Desi and Sarah's T2 room when he was 13 months and is now in Ms. Jen Jen's Rising 3's room. In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, yoga and, my current hyper fixation... transcribing St. Paul Catholic Church's baptismal ledgers for the Lexington Public Library.
During the day, I work downtown in the intellectual property practice group of a national law firm, assisting with patent preparation and prosecution. I have been in the legal field my entire career; formerly working for a boutique plaintiffs personal injury law firm here in Lexington for nine years.
The experience I've gained in the legal field and as the secretary of the Student Social Work Association while a college student at EKU has prepared me well for this role!
It is a privilege to serve as the PTT secretary. The love, support and kindness shown by all the parents, teachers and administration has been unmatched. I am thrilled to be a small part in supporting our daycare's efforts to be the very best for our children, and pay forward the blessings we have received from being a part of the wonderful Sts. Peter and Paul Early Childhood Center community.
My name is Heather Hellard and I am so excited to be involved in the PTT! My husband Jon and I have two daughters--Delilah who has been at the ECC since the Infant Room (she is currently in Threes), and Eva (Evie) who attended Sts. Peter and Paul School through PreK4. When I am not shuffling my daughters to their extracurricular activities (let's hear it for the dance/gymnastics moms!) I enjoy reading, the outdoors, and family art projects.
My passion for Early Childhood Education began in my undergraduate career and while working in a childcare facility. While I am the Assistant Director and have Director experience, my love is in teaching. My Bachelors is in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education and I have my Masters in Elementary Education P-5. I also hold my Kentucky State Directors Credential, and formerly my State Trainer's Credential. I have 13 years of teaching experience, four years of experience as an Assistant Director and one year of experience as a Director. Everyday is a new learning experience as an educator. Not only am I teaching your children, but they are teaching me as well!
I am so thankful and honored to be part of the PTT leadership team. The ECC is truly a one-of-a-kind school; I have yet to find a school-community as full of love and support as ours. I look forward to working with all of our families this year and providing the best quality childcare for our children.
SPPS ECC Nurtured for Success!
