Residency Implementation Module: Implementing and Improving Residencies

The Residency Implementation Module is designed to support teacher and school counselor residency partnerships in strengthening and refining existing programs. Building on the foundations introduced in Residency Foundations, this module guides teams through strategies for using data to improve program outcomes and participant experiences.

Grounded in the 10 Characteristics of Effective Residencies and aligned with best practices in the field, this module is organized into content-specific sections that correspond directly with the Residency Implementation Workbook. It is intended for programs that are already established and ready to engage in continuous improvement efforts through Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles.
