The Residency Lab has developed two learning modules in collaboration with the Statewide Residency Technical Assistance Center to support teacher and school counselor residency programs at different stages of development. These interactive resources are grounded in the 10 Characteristics of Effective Residencies and best practices in the field. The Residency Implementation Module supports programs that are ready to move from design to continuous improvement.
