Attestation Reporting and data update using the AppSheet App
The Diocesan Attestation report is submitted by updating the AppSheet database in the School Portal under the Attestation tab via the AppSheet App, annually just after your July MOE return. PDF copies are emailed to the principal and should be down loaded and stored in the Attestation folder on the School Shared Drive, under Attestation pdf archive.
If you want to upload via a Form, Use the Self Evaluation Reporting option under the Board Tab.
