Submitting Diocesan Reports

Schools are required to submit three reports annually after July MOE returns - Attestation Report, Proprietors Rep Individual Reports and the Special Character Self Evaluation.

Attestation Reporting

The Diocesan Attestation report is submitted by updating the database in the School Portal under the Attestation tab via the AppSheet App, annually just after your July MOE return. PDF copies are emailed to the principal and should be down loaded and stored in the Attestation folder on the School Shared Drive, under Attestation pdf archive.
