At Cornerstone we are led be a team of 4 Elders who are responsible for the Vision and Spiritual Direction of the Church. They work alongside a wider leadership team who run many of the ministries within the Church.

Richard Santos is one of four senior Elders of Cornerstone Discipleship Church in Taunton and is married to Lyn who helps lead the Sunday School. Richard and Lyn have a daughter Shelley and who attends a local College.

Richard and Lyn were active in their previous churches in different roles before joining Cornerstone Discipleship Church.

Richard also work full time in the health sector and serves in the Church as Treasurer and one of the Worship Leaders.

Dave Shackleton is one of four senior elders of Cornerstone Discipleship Church in Taunton and is the husband of Milette who helps lead the Sunday School. They have two little girls who love ballet and adventure.

Both Dave and Milette have served in various roles in different Churches over the years leading young people’s services from night clubs and serving as trustees for his former church. They have a passion for serving the local community as well as overseas mission, where they lead a ministry in the Philippines providing education and medical supplies for those in need. They are passionate about sharing the Gospel and are in the process of building a Church in Milette’s home province in the Philippines.

Alongside serving at Cornerstone Dave works fulltime in the NHS as a Specialist Cancer Nurse and is a keen photographer. 

Ian Bucol is one of four senior Elders of Cornerstone Discipleship Church and is married to Jhemlyn. Ian and Jhem have a son Vince.

Ian previously served within CCF as a pastor for many years before God called him to the UK where he joined Cornerstone Discipleship Church in Taunton.

Ian works for the NHS and serves in the Church through preaching, teaching and encouraging the members to walk closer to God. Alongside Dave they have a passion for Evangelism and Mission and lead this ministry within the Church.

Pauline is one of four senior Elders of Cornerstone Discipleship Church and is blessed with three adult daughters.

Pauline has been an integral part of Cornerstone Discipleship Church's story serving within the Church leadership since the church's beginning. 

Pauline works for the NHS and serves in the Church through preaching, teaching, as well as heading up the Youth Ministry. Pauline also sits on the board of Trustees and is the Safeguarding Lead for the Trustees.
