Symphonic Band is open to all students who have successfully completed middle school band or the Concert Band course at Lake City High School. This full-year course offers students the opportunity to enhance their technical and musical skills through diverse repertoire. Emphasis is placed on ensemble balance, musical expression, and individual growth. Students will perform at concerts, festivals, football games, community events, and parades, and can also join the pep band for basketball season, representing Lake City High School with pride and excellence. Students are expected to maintain a high standard of performance and commitment.
