KT "Mini KT"

(IDEA) My idea with this sketch is to make an image of myself but in black and white. I got the idea from my computer gallery when I seen an old picture of myself from last year and I seen a lot of my friends doing portait's of someone else or something else so I began my own. 

(PROCESS) the procces began with and gridded paper of the colored version and I put it next to an empty blank white sketch paper and then I began using and pencill and a charcoal pencil for darkness. Next I used an shading utensil to do the darker parts in the image.

(SYMBOLISM & ICONOGRAPHY)The Art means to try doing an art of yourself. I want the audience to think about how they could try doing drawings or just things for themselves or of themselves.

(ARTISTIC GROWTH) The most difficult part in this work was trying to have the photo look at an angle. By getting help from Ms dunlavey but mostly just comparing it to the Grid image. I would change how I made my ears look and how my hair looks. 

(VISUAL VOICE) This is an realistic Art work. I think the thing that makes it unique is how it actually looks like Mr KT himself but in another verse. I ove how everyone gave me complements about how it seems like my son or like an younger version of me.
