William Vanderbilt “Crusader”
9"x12", Ink, 2019
I have to so that I tried to go with an abstract look to the picture. I would say the symbolism is the crusades that crusaders did for the holy land. I would change the colors. I love the way the crusaders helmets look.
William Vanderbilt “Mess”
18"x24", ink, 2019
The style I went for was a collage of like big stamps. I would say that there is no symbolism . I would change nothing about my collage or ink colors I put on. I love that I got to choose what was in my collage and all the weird things that make it interesting.
William Vanderbilt “Pugs”
12”x 18”, Graphite, 2019
I would say my artwork is kind of abstract and realism. If you look at it nothing is the same so with pugs to me it shows how each one if different like everything on the Earth. I would change the boundary of my picture or get rid of it and do a full body picture. I love that I was able to draw my families pugs.
