I painted Kyleigh because of my love for her. Kiglight is my girlfriend, and I wanted her to realize just how beautiful she really is, and I wanted her to see how I see her.

I started my painting by looking at our photos and choosing ones that show really well-placed lighting. I also selected a photo of her with her hair down. I wanted to capture just how lovely her hair and everything else are.

This piece was to show that women are very beautiful no matter what and that women are angles on earth. I wanted people to see the angle that's helping me be better and making me be the man I want to be.

I had some problems trying to make my art look like a woman; originally, there were huge eyebrows and a strong nose. That made my artwork look very manly, not really what I wanted.

This Pisces is supposed to be realistic, and I personally love how I managed to show her as soft and to paint her with skill, making it look so good.

Moonscape

I painted Moonscape based on a basic idea. A landscape thats like no other, a landscape that isn't our own land but our moon's. As a young kid, I loved space and anything related to it. I'd watch old recordings and read tens of books about space. Space was the place when I was younger, so drawing this was a childhood being reborn.

Moon scape is supposed to make you feel just how empty these places are, and that even though you might not be home, you can still see it. I want my audience to wonder i want them to think about being there i want them to think they're on the moon, looking at the earth.

I had a massive problem trying to get the scale, and that was empty void in the background. I also strugled with some of the rocks they were hard to make look small and far but i overcame by watching some moon landing footoge from the NASA wedsite.

Moonscape my first real painting and id say this work is a relistic adaptation of the moon and the earth. I love how made the Earth too scale and the rest of space void. in real life you whould not see as many stars and not see other planats.
