I love fishing for catfish. I used paper, oil pastel, hot glue and water color paint. First you draw the shape you want then you hot glue the line. then you color with oil pastels, lastly you crack the oil pastel and wash with water color paint. One of my problem was the oil pastels getting under the hot glue. So I used my finger nail to scratch it under the hot glue. I blended different colors together that I did't think it would work. I like the dark blue water the most. The fish could have more color in it.
I grew up loving a lot of different type of fish. My process was first I put plaster on. then I put 3 coats of paint . I had a problem when I was smoothing the plaster on the mold because the plaster kept moving. I learned how to use plaster gauze. I like the most about my mask is the black body and the blue eyes. If I started over I would try to smooth out the mask a little better.

Arrow
10x7x1/2
I used glaze and clay.
I like hunting so I made my face shaped like a arrow head.
First I shaped my face next I added eyes nose and other parts. Then we fired the clay, glazed then fired aging.
I had a problem when glazing because I didn’t have allot of time for more coats.
I took a lot of risks when putting on the glaze because I didn’t know how it was going to turn out.
I liked the blue back ground the most because it trend out shine.
I would trend turquoise to a melon.
