We all have sticky thoughts. Some could be positive, like when we can't wait to meet our friends for a play date, or when we are having family night. Some could be negative, like when we are worried about a test, assignment, or something going on. Even grownups have sticky thoughts! In March, students at La Ballona learned about sticky thoughts and strategies they could use when they can't concentrate because they have a good/positive or bad/negative thought. They also learned about the brain model, and how our mind reacts when our thinking brain can't communicate with our emotional brain.
