Trip Policies & Important Information

To ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience, all travelers participating in the C&C Travels Mardi Gras 2027 Takeover are asked to review and follow the policies below.

1. Hotel Reservations
   The C&C Travels group hotel rate is available through October 1, 2026, subject to availability. Once a room is booked, the required prepayment is due immediately to the hotel. Hotel reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and incidental charges are subject to the hotel's policies.

2. C&C Travels Event Dues
   Event dues are $180 per person, including all T-shirt sizes. Dues must be paid in full by December 1, 2026. Event dues cover the official trip T-shirt, swag bag, Meet & Greet, exclusive group activity, and booking/event coordination fee.

3. Payments & Refunds
   All payments must be made by the stated deadlines. C&C Travels event dues should be considered non-refundable once purchases, reservations, merchandise, activities, or other arrangements have been made on the traveler's behalf, except where otherwise stated by C&C Travels.

4. Travel Arrangements
   Travelers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from New Orleans unless specifically stated otherwise. Airfare, train tickets, parking, meals, transportation, and personal expenses are not included unless listed as part of the package.

5. Participation in Group Activities
   Travelers are encouraged to participate in scheduled C&C Travels activities; however, participation is optional unless an activity is specifically identified as required. Missed activities will not qualify for refunds or credits.

6. Schedule Changes
   Mardi Gras parade schedules, venues, restaurants, activities, transportation arrangements, and other trip details may change due to weather, availability, local authorities, vendors, or circumstances beyond the control of C&C Travels. We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary.

7. Traveler Conduct
   We want everyone to have a great time! Travelers are expected to treat fellow guests, C&C Travels representatives, hotel employees, vendors, and members of the public respectfully. Threatening, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from C&C Travels group activities without refund.

8. Alcohol & Personal Responsibility
   Travelers who choose to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly and follow all applicable laws. Each traveler is responsible for their own behavior, personal belongings, transportation, and safety throughout the trip.

9. Travel Insurance
   Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers should consider coverage for cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected circumstances.

10. Photos & Social Media
    Photos and videos may be taken during C&C Travels group activities for trip memories and promotional purposes. Travelers who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify C&C Travels before the trip.

11. T-Shirts & Merchandise
    Travelers are responsible for submitting the correct T-shirt size by the requested deadline. Once merchandise has been ordered, size changes may not be available.

12. Communication
    Travelers are responsible for monitoring official C&C Travels communications before and during the trip. Important information may be distributed by email, text message, the trip website, social media, or the designated group chat.

13. Personal Belongings
    C&C Travels is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings. Travelers should keep valuables secure at all times.

14. Third-Party Vendors
    Hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, tour operators, entertainment providers, and other suppliers operate independently from C&C Travels. Their individual terms, policies, and restrictions may apply.
