Past students who need a copy of their transcript sent to an institution of higher learning should e-mail Mrs. Katee Melton at katee.melton@ccstn.net with the below information.
Student full (maiden) name
Graduation year
Full Name of college/technical school/business

If you need a copy of your high school diploma please click one of the links below.
Duplicate Diplomas requested through the online form are available for a fee of $10, plus a 2.29% convenience fee.
Duplicate Diplomas requested via paper form are also $10.
