New Student Registration

The below information is for students new to the Cannon County School System.  Please feel free to call with any questions you may have.

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All new students must register at the Central Office and bring the documents listed below.

Withdrawal Form (from previous school)

• Educational Documents:

  • High School Transcript

  • Previous Report Card

  • 504 Documentation (if applicable)

  • IEP Documentation (if applicable)

• Immunizations on TN Department of Health Form

• Proof of Residency (a water or electric bill with custodial parent's names and address)

• Birth Certificate & Social Security Card

• Custody Papers (if not living with both biological parents)
