Includes a critical look at common myths and realities regarding weight and health, eating disorders, and the sociocultural pressures related to food choices and body size.

Describe the biopsychosocial relationship between emotions, behaviors, and cognitions to eating, food, and weight.
Explain the etiologies, treatments and cross cultural variations of major eating disorders.
Differentiate and personally redefine common misconceptions related to eating, food, and weight.
