Start your maze using a timing block of 3 to 5 seconds. This will enable you to place your Ozobot exactly how you want it before it starts moving.
Don't get frustrated if your Ozobot doesn't move precisely on the maze. If your code is correct, you will still meet standards. The Ozobot doesn't always turn perfectly which makes it not always follow the course.
You should always calibrate your Ozobot at the beginning of your coding session. You may need to calibrate it or fine tune the motor many times during your process. Make sure your Ipad screen brightness is 100% before doing either. Refer to the videos below for instructions on how to do it.
While loading code into your Ozobot, it must be flashing green. At any point of the load, if it flashes red, you must reload. Try moving the Ozobot around so the sensors are completely over the loading zone. For other help suggestions, click on Help.
Use your undo button! If you make a mistake when moving your code, hit undo. Also remember to grab the topmost piece of code to move the section.
