This program will bring together engaging literacy activities and experiences that will allow for practice and application of skills, with the added excitement of having their own books and journals to help deepen their understanding of literacy skills.
This program will bring together engaging literacy activities and experiences that will allow for practice and application of skills, with the added excitement of having their own books and journals to help deepen their understanding of literacy skills.
Students will engage in literacy activities appropriate to their grade level and will attend a class meeting twice a week with an additional opportunity to join a small group at least once a week. Students will also receive books and a journal to add to their digital learning. Spanish dual language literacy courses will be offered to students who are enrolled in a CCSD59 dual language program (Kindergarten through Fifth Grade only.)
