Soccer
Soccer is offered to all 7th and 8th grade boys and girls at Sage Valley Jr. High and begins on Monday, March 11, 2024 in Gym 2 after school. Practice will be from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Soccer players will need a shirt, shorts, shoes, and warm clothing for any outdoor practices. The Soccer Parent Meeting March 14th 5:00pm.

1) A physical dated on or after May 1, 2023
2) A completed Assumption of Risk form (both parent & student signatures and policy number)
