Dear Rawhide Families,

I am excited to introduce myself as the new principal of Rawhide Elementary School. This is my 17th year in education and third as a principal. I am committed to open communication, strong partnerships, supporting our outstanding teachers and staff, and “Chasing 100”. As a child I struggled in school and would not have been considered a "good" student. Once I found my calling to teach I returned to school and obtained two Masters Degrees. All kids, and adults, can learn when passions are discovered and ignited. The staff of Rawhide Elementary school is committed to doing just that to ensure all students are learning at high levels. It is a true honor to join this dedicated school community, and I look forward to getting to know each of you as we work together to become a top elementary school in the state and nation.
