Who: Parents of kids who turn five years old on or before Sept. 15, 2026.
Who: Parents of kids who turn five years old on or before Sept. 15, 2026.
When: Feb. 23rd - 27th, 2026
Where: Your neighborhood attendance area school.
Bring: Your child's shot record and birth certificate.
Registration forms will be completed in-person at your student's school. During registration, parents will sign up for a date and time to have their child screened.
