Grading

We will use A STANDARDS-BASED REPORT CARD:

4- Advanced

3- Proficient

2- Basic

1- Below Basic

Report cards will be similar to the ones you saw when your child was a 2nd grader. Written beside each standard assessed, there will be a number letting you know how your child is doing with the learning of that standard. This will be based on classwork and assessments. The difference in report cards will be that the number is translated to a letter grade. You will see a letter grade for math and language arts. 

In Music, PE, and Art:

E - Excellent

S - Satisfactory

N - Not Satisfactory
