Teachers will update information on the Stream in Google Classroom.
Click on provided links from teachers to open Google Meet or Zoom.
Check the Classwork Tab daily, for any assignments the teachers have posted.
Camera and Microphone
Make sure you allow Meet/Zoom to use your camera and microphone.
On the right side of the address bar, there should be a camera icon. Click on the icon to double check that the camera and microphone is allowed access.
Muting for Microphone
At the bottom of screen there are 3 icons, click on the microphone. If the icon is red with a slash, the microphone has been muted.
Pinning your Teacher
If you are in Tiled View and you want to only see your teacher.
Click on the push pin icon of your teacher's screen.
Using Screen Shot
On your keyboard press the ctrl button and the show windows button together to complete a screen shot.
Viewing your screen shots
Click on the circle to search for Files. Once the files folder is open, click on images and your screen shots will be available for your child to view.
Open the Zoom Icon on the Taskbar. Enter the provided meeting ID number in the first Box. In the second box, Students need to input their full name (to prevent confusions with other students with similar names). Press Join and either wait for the Teacher to admit you or wait for the Host to start their meeting.
On the bottom left side of the zoom meeting, the microphone and video icons are available. If the icons are white, it is active, if it had a red line over the icon, it is off.
To connect your audio make sure you select Connect with Computer Audio, the Icon will be a Headphone.
