LIBRIVOX

LibriVox aims to make all books in the public domain available, narrated by real people and distributed for free, in audio format on the internet. The homepage has a list of languages available. 

ICDL

The International Children's Digital Library strives to  promotes tolerance and respect for diverse cultures by providing access to the best of children's literature from around the world. Books on the landing page are sorted by language.

Global Storybooks is a free multilingual literacy resource for language teachers and learners of all ages. Click on any of the collections and then on the next page, in the upper right, choose "Change Language".

Let’s Read builds a world where curious and educated readers create thriving societies. Let's Read draws on the Asia Foundation's 18 offices in the region and deep ties in local communities to build an unprecedented digital library of relatable, local language books accessible to all children. UNESCO

The UNESCO Multisectoral Regional Office in Bangkok has developed more than 300 open-source digital e-books in 27 languages for three GPE-eligible countries (Cambodia, Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste). Scroll to the bottom of the page.
