In response to the rapid shift in education and the embrace of all things educational technology related, the Comet Tech team will be providing virtual PD offerings for teachers twice a week on various topics. Virtual PD #1 - Google Meet Survival Guide

The first session was all about using and managing a class on Google Meet. The Google Meet survival guide covered topics like setting up a Google Meet, linking the Google Meet to your Google Classroom, managing participants in a Google Meet, and some safety tips for Google Meet.

The second session was all about setting up, using, and managing a Google Classroom. Everything from creating one, getting students into it, and adding assignments. Overall, Google Classroom is a powerful tool that you can use to help share items, thoughts, and have students have discussions about various topics.
