With this, Google Meet will allow you to schedule a meeting, interact with people virtually, share your screen, and even record your session.

While Google Meet is a fantastic tool and you can learn how to set it up, there are some important tips to consider when using this tool or other flipped methods.
While Google Meet is a fantastic tool and you can learn how to set it up, there are some important tips to consider when using this tool or other flipped methods.
It will require students to have access to high-speed internet to work.
Chunk your content.
With any method of flipped learning, the shorter, the better. Instead of a 30 minute lecture, it might be worthwhile to break that into smaller chunks or topics. For instance, instead a 45 minute synopsis of the Civil War, I could do 9 five minute videos about the different parts of the Civil War.
Think of this as supporting learning in the future! In creating the content and saving it as videos, you can also share this content in the future to support all learners through the RtI process and who may have been absent!
