What is the ASVAB?                    

- The ASVAB is an Aptitude Test along with a Career Interest Inventory.

- The ASVAB will help you to identify skills, interests, work-related values and help to investigate suitable jobs that fit your personalilty.

What if I don't plan on going into the military, can I still take the ASVAB?

- Yes, you do not have to be entering the military in order to take advantage of this opportunity.

What skills are tested?

- There are eight test areas:        -General Science

                                                           -Arithmetic Reasoning

                                                           -Word Knowledge

                                                           -Paragraph Comprehension

                                                           -Mathematics Knowledge

                                                           -Electronics Information

                                                           -Auto/Shop Information

                                                          -Mechanical Comprehension
