First Grade

All students at our school now have access to the reading program Lexia Core 5 in their online student backpack. With Lexia, students work independently to develop critical reading and language skills through individualized, motivating learning paths. All students, regardless of their skill level, can each work at their own pace. You child's teacher is able to log in and see when a student needs support and can even send extra resources to you at home if needed! See below for Lexia log in instructions.

For the program to have its best effect helping your student it is recommended that your student does it for at least 60 minutes a week or 10-15 minutes a day as part of their daily school work.
